RecommendedIt’s reasonably priced and it’s convenient for our needs.
This storage facility has gone downhill fast. It may be under new ownership or management which has been terrible. First, be prepared for rapid and large rent increases. My rent increased 5 times in 3 years by a total of 56%. That was annoying enough, but more recently the facility is really showing its age. The security access gate was only recently repaired after months of being left wide open so anyone could access the property. This comment is on iStorage as a whole not this particular location. They use bait and switch tactics to get you in the door. Great published rates and then a 15% rent increase 90 days into your rental. They know you're not moving your stuff again so your stuck. BAD business practice!

A physical letter was recently sent out to John Pallissard. This letter serves as a notification of rate increase. All of our rentals' payments are on a month-to-month basis and the rates may change periodically throughout the year due to a variety of factors.
