Substandard management on site. Price increases twice per year, 41% price increase over 2 years. 18% late fees. Attempted to move out of unit twice, arriving with uhauls and moving crews. Could not access my unit, no management was on site to call in a locksmith, even though I had the same lock keys id always had. Gate not working no way to access your unit. no manager at location regional manager not responding to help desk. This is the absolute worst service possible.
The response time and hoops/ladders you need to go through resolve issues is ridiculous. I was incorrectly charged for 3 months of occupancy since I had signed up for Auto-Payments and after I emptied my unit, it for some reason continued to bill me. Which no big deal, there was proof that I emptied the unit and had not accessed the property within those 3 months. its now 6 months after I moved out of the unit and am JUST NOW receiving the notification that I'm getting the refund. I have had a unit at this location and haven't received a bill in months (no email or USPS - NOTHING). If I forget to pay they have no problem adding a late fee or putting a lein on my unit. Jacking up the cost of one month to over $300!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. When moving in, the unit had previous tenants leftover things, delayed my move in by 1.5 hours, which I had to pay movers to sit and wait. This was promised to be out days prior. No break or adjustment for delay. When moving out... manager stated I could move out any day and they would prorate the days/cost. Moved out on the 7th and when asked for the new prorated total, he said they don't prorate.
