Terrible experience. No one is available when you need them. And when they are available, the refuse to talk to you. They'd rather call the police than talk to a customer.

When I walked into office there was a little boy sitting in office chair eating in front of computer and a lady standing at the counter (mother I think) I said that I was looking for storage and had questions about different sizes. The young lady did not seem very informative and seemed confused and also was more worried about what was going on in the apt! I'm a pharmaceutical representative that used this storage and I DO NOT recommend this storage facility to anyone in my industry! Poor customer service. The manager Stacey R. Would not let my husband into my unit while I was on maternity leave. She also turn away several deliveries to my unit. Plus the PRICE GOUGING. For these reasons...IM OUT and so should you!

Watch out people! This place is a rip off and the girls in the office must get paid on commission or by the up sales. My disabled brother needed a place to put his studio apt. contents immediately and the lady said she only had a 10 x 20 (which was way to large) and with tax over $180's. Said had to buy lock from them plus insurance which is not needed because your renters or home owners insurance will cover your contents. Called us to the point of harassment in wanting monthly fee paid way before it was even due. After ... read more

I rented a 10X10 storage unit from Security Self Storage at 11015 W 62nd St, Shawnee KS. Ceiling was falling down and it was priced too high for the amount of space. The manager there has no business dealing with the public. She is and was the most rude "female dog" I have dealt with in a very long time. She has no clue what "customer service" is and needs to find a job not dealing with the public. Definately check other options before renting from them!
