The facility manager, Cathy, did a great job of showing me around and signing me up for my iStorage space where I will store my fishing boat. This particular location has excellent garage, under cover and outdoor storage options.
Cathy was great! Got just the right spot. Kept her from the start of her lunch break, and was a few minutes before opening time and both occasions she assisted like a pro. Great customer service!
The process was simple and easy to rent one of your storage units. Cathy was very friendly and informative as to what we needed for our storage needs. We look forward to a great business relationship! Gary H.
Exceeded expectations
We are moving from Arizona to Johnson County Kansas. As they say any move is stressful. Everyone I spoke to was courteous, very professional, knowledgeable. I was having a problem completing the online signature process and everyone that I talked to and texted went out of their way to correct the problem. I filled out the info online Dec 13th and was supposed to get the first month free and insurance would be waived as I have insurance on my motorcycle already...was going to explain that when the rep was going to contact me after filling out the form and prior to moving in.
