The sales person (Manager) was awesome. She took her time with me, worked through the most difficult times with Covid 19, Answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable about my selection using istorage rather than any other. She should get cudos for the way she professionally and friendly way she took care of me.Â

Upon renting a unit there is only ONE person working on site. Everyone else quit. Hmm. My move in rate was $159.99 and the following month was $190.00. How can you explain a $30 increase in one month! Especially during a pandemic. I would not recommend Istorage to another person.Â
This location has the front access gate down for more than 2 months and the building has a rodent smell and also there is no customer service they make sure not to contact you if you’re late until after they access a late fee and restrict access and I asked about a courtesy reminder and was told it’s not their job to do that when all that needs to be done is schedule reminders in your payment program I reminders about all my bills cell phone car payments insurance and credit cards but it’s good to know this company is far to... read more
