had my keys stolen and the cus service was great and after explaining my situation, they blessed me with not charging me the 60$ for new lock! he was willing to hear me out and it all worked out . thank you istorage . young man at counter is doing a great job
After comparing multiple locations for long term storage, we selected iStorage in Oroville, CA and couldn't be more pleased with the level of professionalism and customer service we have received. Jesus has been remarkable and has exceeded all our expectations with his helpfulness. LB Trucking
This is the best place we've been at. We store our RV there for the winter under cover. Tim is a great guy and very helpful. We only need our space for the winter months and Tim contacts us when there are only a few spaces left to make sure we have one for the winter. Security is great and we've never had a problem. I would fully recommend the facility to everyone. Great job guys and thank you Tim and staff.
Lorraine in the office is fabulous, kind and SO helpful. It's a nice location in town, and they went out of our way to help us with logistics of our move. I would strongly advise against the Thermolito location which is also in Oroville, so be sure you go to the correct location as Thermolito is nothing but rude. The units were clean, and access is easy with good hours. They also have post office boxes for rent which I wish that I'd have known before we went elsewhere.
I went to UPS to ship something and was given attitude. That's when I went to istorage and was treated with kindness and respect. Lorraine and Tim wrapped and packed my things and were friendly the whole time. UPS treated me like I was bothering them when i asked for help. I will never go to UPS again but I will go to istorage where I know I will feel welcomed. Thank you so much Lorraine and Tim. God bless you both.
I don't ever take the time to write reviews, but I felt that iStorage Oroville on 5th Avenue deserved one. I have stored my stuff there while being overseas with the Military and there has been no stress to worry about. Lorraine in the office has been AWESOME to correspond with from abroad and she really has taken care of me when it comes to my online transactions and getting back to me in a timely manner. The people in office are helpful, courteous, and personable. Units are secure with alarm system. Prices are reasonable. Not to mention access is 6am-10pm!! Awesome. Would recommend this storage.
I really like Matthew's and the others at iStorage in Oroville attitude and professional, courteous treatment, not to forget the great prices and deals! I've used a lot of other facilities for storage and this one is my favorite do far!
