I have to say when I went to ask about a storage unit the gentleman helping me was amazing. Great customer service, he showed me around and even talked to me for a while like I was family. I am definitely going back to rent a unit next month. Dawn S

Don’t go here after my father passed away my mother tried to switch the storage units to her card because we were stopping dads but only one storage unit got switched my mother called them so fix the issue and she politely asked them to waive the fees because the owners claimed it was a issue with their system but we got told “I’m not gunna waive no fees”they also wouldn’t accept a death certificate or a photocopy of the deed to the grave they also increase the prices of your storage units every two months because “there’s n... read more
