Was a really nice place when it was Locker Room. New company came in and raised rates a good bit. If they had raised a little bit I would probably have been too lazy to move my stuff, but they went too far. Apparently without looking to see what their competitors were charging. Buh bye!

They increased the price after a month. It's not really nice. It's tough to get stuff in and not very welcoming. Storage unit is below average

we've been with Moove in storage at collegeville for 12 years. first 10 years were great, under Allen's management. since Moove in bought the storage facility it has gone down hill. they drastically raised the monthly rent. we started at 119.00 per month and suddenly it's close to $200.00. I didn't realize that for about 5 months they were charging us insurance for the unit which we have through our insurance company already. they said they would only reimburse for two months. that's been a good six months and still no refun... read more

They really hiked up the price with NO increase in service. The new manager is no where near as good as Alan when it was Locker Room Self Storage. Too bad they sold this place to new ownership

New ownership has really brought the place down. Insane rent increases, pushing them way above the other local storage facilities. Alan, the property manager, however is top notch and really helpful, kind and overall a great guy.
