It's been 5 days of us trying to get into our storage unit! The office is closed and no answer on the phones! Called corporate twice so far and to date, no response!!! This location is completely unprofessional!! Outrageous fees and poor quality units! Once we can get into our unit- we will never do business here or recommend this business! Upon trying to enter the gate, it displays a message to see manager! We are paid and current, but there is no manager or office to see!!!

Upon relocating from California to Texas, I had my household goods stored at iStorage located at 5425 N. Fry Road Katy, TX 77449 on January 13, 2023. Upon securing a permanent residence in August, I met my movers at my storage unit to retrieve my things. The whole hallway was rat infested, rat feces and urine all over the place along with rat traps. Something I've never seen or smelled before in my life. They changed the DocuSign contract illegally, have not been able to set up an online account, no invoices sent, messages taped to door instead of emailing clients to issues, no way to escalate troubles or issues, don't answer phones in a timely manner (greater than 20 minutes on hold to pay bill), don't inform you about cutting your lock off and charging a whole bunch of fees to get your locker back. Run by NSA brands which is a foreign investment company. I don't recommend this company, find another place for your storage... read more
