RecommendedIt was move out day in Iowa City and we went to our storage unit that I paid for in May outside Iowa City to Storage Rentals of America …..it’s now July. We arrive. I’ve paid….but they cancelled my reservation. And we aren’t the only ones. The worker said there had been many treated the same way, several showing up with uhauls full, only to be turned away.
