Been renting here since it was Storage Port. Has done nothing but go downhill since Istorage bought it. My rate literally goes up every other month & I AM NOT exaggerating. They say the exact same lines as to why every single time. I have 4 unitsI You'd think they'd try to help keep you at a good rate instead of trying to run you off.. Worker said she would inspect my unit and send me an email within 10-15 minutes. 6 days later I still havent received my move-out email, cannot get anyone on the phone and I've received another bill.
Istorage has been a great place to start my business. They have been easy to work with, patient, and understanding. I highly recommend Clint and Crystal area for leasing.
The customer service at IStorage is excellent. The employees are very hard working and dependable.
The owner was nice and friendly and in good spirits would definitely recommend 10 outta 10 for me
