I have been renting storage facilities all iver the country for years due to business needs. However, I have never encountered a manager as professional, knowledgeable, or as courteous, as the one that is working your Louetta Road location in Spring Texas. I have been in there several times over the past week, and each time he remembers my name, greets me, and asks how I am doing. We found the personnel both courteous and helpful. This was a time in our lives when we were both stressed and ignorant of how the storage system worked. The gentleman in charge made it downright pleasant.
The courteous personnel were wonderful in their willingness to explain and their knowledge. The premises were clean and uncluttered. While the items stored are not valuable, they have many memories with them. I feel they are secure.
