My husband and I were verY disappointed with the office personnel we encountered when looking for a storage facility last week. Then we met Regina and she was a breath of fresh air. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The process was quick. The facility is clean and well lighted. Carts and access to my unit makes loading and unloading easy. Convenient, only 5 minutes from my home!
