Extremely nice staff, helpful and caring. They go above and beyond what is required. A pleasure to do business with. The property is very clean and in excellent condition. I wish all workers at all companies could be this pleasant. The rating is lower because the company chooses to increase the rent frequently, at least twice per year at a high rate. They know once you move in its not so easy to move out and it appears they are taking advantage of the customer.
