Sarah is amazing and went out of her way to take great care of me. I love this location, and am so thankful for being able to get a unit the size I needed at a very good price. Bonus having the fire department right next door for that extra sense of security.
This is a great place to rent from. Sarah is wonderful with helping you understand the facility in anyway and answering all questions. You always see her going out of her way to keep it very clean and very safe. Highly recommend!

Thank goodness. Theresa is back. The location on Green Hills was missing her extra special care of renters but more importantly the cleanliness has improved dramatically. Not just inside but trash picked up outside. She was outside washing the glass sliding doors and windows when I arrived one day and there are many surfaces to clean. The bathrooms are spotless. I know staffing is sometimes difficult but this location has redeemed itself over the last several months of neglect. Five stars for Theresa for sure.
We pay our monthly storage bill by a check generated by Bank of America. For the second time in 3 months they claim they did not receive our check. We pay all of our bills this way and this is the ONLY company that does this. Clever way for them to make a little extra money since they charge a late fee.
