Thank goodness. Theresa is back. The location on Green Hills was missing her extra special care of renters but more importantly the cleanliness has improved dramatically. Not just inside but trash picked up outside. She was outside washing the glass sliding doors and windows when I arrived one day and there are many surfaces to clean. The bathrooms are spotless. I know staffing is sometimes difficult but this location has redeemed itself over the last several months of neglect. Five stars for Theresa for sure.

We pay our monthly storage bill by a check generated by Bank of America. For the second time in 3 months they claim they did not receive our check. We pay all of our bills this way and this is the ONLY company that does this. Clever way for them to make a little extra money since they charge a late fee.

I just got a unit today, but upon asking the question regarding raising prices, it was confirmed that they do. Also, I asked if there was an estimated amount and was told that "it depends on the market". They can raise them at 3 months, 9 months, and every year after that with no cap. No figure could be given, so rent at your own risk. Also, there's no cap on the increase. It can go up as much as they determine. Also, factor in a $29 administration fee when you book. I will say the lady is very nice.

Chris is absolutely amazing! Very charming and helpful. Not only does he answer all questions but he also patrols the area very well. I am new to the storage unit here in Parkville and my lock came undone—Chris was very kind to notice and call me when he found out. I appreciate him and know moving forward my items are safe! Thank you!!!
