HORRIBLE! Expect to be treated without regardto being a person, being lied to and charged the maximum fee legally allowed...similar to bank of America. I was a long standing customer and simply allowed them to charge my card, but when my card expired and I tried to give them another they told me it also not good (which was wrong and their mistake).
