After renting a few different places near by I can say that I’ve received the best service here. Great prices, amazing service from Mr. Jose Colon. Very friendly, respectful and helpful.
I have sent multiple emails requesting assistance on a climate control unit that is not cold by no means but yet I pay a prime price for it. I think this is the only way that I can get someone’s attention to actually reply to any of my emails other than just taking my payments and pretending I’m not actually on time with my payments And also requesting assistance. Please reach out to me and I will fix this one star review.

My experience with Norbert was excellent! By far the most professional customer service skills I have ever experienced, anywhere. I thought he was the owner of this facility, the way he treats his customers. I have dealt with every storage company in the area over the last 20 years, and this has definitely been my best experience!
