My experience with Norbert was excellent! By far the most professional customer service skills I have ever experienced, anywhere. I thought he was the owner of this facility, the way he treats his customers. I have dealt with every storage company in the area over the last 20 years, and this has definitely been my best experience!

Norbert Rodriguez is the Store Manager- Not sure if he is also the owner of this business but I was blessed to go to this specific U-Haul location with questions for supplies. He knows his product and is very accommodating to someone who is unsure about whether or not he had the right supplies for what I needed. I would spend the extra few dollars for the commercial grade supplies that he has (And he explains why they are considered commercial ). His customer service is excellent.
