Great Service! I came to sign up for a unit, and was attended Ms Tracy and she really impressed me with her knowledge of the business but more so with her kindness and cheerful attitude. Thank you Ms Tracy. I truly am a satisfied costumer.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5 stars because of Tracy) If it was not for Tracy, I honestly would not have stayed with this Istorage facility. There was a complete mix up with my unit on move in day. After working a full day and coordinating help to move, I did not finish until after 7 PM. I was already exhausted but ready to unload and be done. After renting a unit this is whag the unit looked like! No one site manager to assist I called and customer service was zero help saying we can try ti find a different unit after I called a second time to get an update. They said escalation Tema would figure something ou in 2 or 3 days. Do not give them your buis ess or money
The customer service by storage is five stars Anytime I need something done they're right there for me
