We went there the other day because we were looking for a specific temperature controlled unit, and Tracy was absolutely amazing from start to finish. She first showed us a couple of units at one location, and then even took the time to drive us to another iStorage location to show us an even better option that matched exactly what we were looking for. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (5 stars because of Tracy) If it was not for Tracy, I honestly would not have stayed with this Istorage facility. There was a complete mix up with my unit on move in day. After working a full day and coordinating help to move, I did not finish until after 7 PM. I was already exhausted but ready to unload and be done. Great Service! I came to sign up for a unit, and was attended Ms Tracy and she really impressed me with her knowledge of the business but more so with her kindness and cheerful attitude. Thank you Ms Tracy. I truly am a satisfied costumer.
Well, a bit rocky start with calling customer service. Online was better to sign up. Then, arriving at the facility I made a mistake with the code. Called customer service, they called the manager (Tracy- who was awesome, helpful, and came and found me). Meanwhile, customer service on the phone told me - and the manager ( Tracy) that I was at a different address ( not the one in my contract in their records).
