I had a great experience with NSA Storage. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, and the staff was professional and easy to work with from start to finish. Excellent service by the Property Manager at NSA storage (iStorage). His remmendations of what size units I would need after describing what I was going to store saved me money. He definitely knew what he was talking about with his recommendations. I had no idea what size unit I needed. His expertise was accurate and extremely helpful.

Excellent facility! Grounds are well kept and the area is kept safe. Kevin is very friendly and always willing to go out of his way to assist when needed. Highly recommend!

Absolutely horrible. There is never anyone there to talk to. You can’t get a person on the phone. The place is infested with both cockroaches and mice. There are mouse droppings on and in all of my property. I have had to deal with clearing roaches out of everything. The ceiling throughout the place is covered in mold. They have units that leak. I had to dispose of 2 mattresses due to water damage. I have thrown out so much due to mice having chewed it up. And there has been not a single PERSON to speak with about the issues... read more
