Absolutely love this place! Everything in this place was clean and I felt like our trailer would be safe! The Managers Dot and Kevin made renting a space so easy to do! They are some of the kindest people we've ever met!
Folks there were very professional and took care of our RV storage needs promptly and for a incredible price. We had to move our 20 ft rv from our drive way due to city restrictions. We are seniors on a fixed income and needed a quick affordable way to store our rv. They rescued us and we couldn't be more pleased. Great folks to work with. 10 stars! Gary and Deborah
Absolutely horrible. There is never anyone there to talk to. You can’t get a person on the phone. The place is infested with both cockroaches and mice. There are mouse droppings on and in all of my property. I have had to deal with clearing roaches out of everything. The ceiling throughout the place is covered in mold. They have units that leak. I had to dispose of 2 mattresses due to water damage. I have thrown out so much due to mice having chewed it up. And there has been not a single PERSON to speak with about the issues... read more
Probably the WORST corporate takeover ever. I miss the Personal Mini Storage company. You actually had people who were interested in helping and resolving issues. And they got rid of the U-Haul rentals. I feel sorry for the resident staff that has to deal with this hands off company.
I have had at least one unit here for the past couple years, and I have always had wonderful service here!!! Very friendly, and always happy to help in whatever way needed!! Highly recommend to anyone I know needing a unit!!
