Probably the WORST corporate takeover ever. I miss the Personal Mini Storage company. You actually had people who were interested in helping and resolving issues. And they got rid of the U-Haul rentals. I feel sorry for the resident staff that has to deal with this hands off company.
Moved in a month ago. Great staff and great rate way better than the last storage place I had. Had an issue with auto pay, went into the office and the staff was very helpful and fixed the issue right there.
The property manger here is terrific— very professional, helpful and friendly. There are less expensive storage sites nearby but we chose to stay here because of your staff. The facility is well maintained and clean with a helpful property manager Thanks
Dot is absolutely wonderful! She’s an amazing, honest, straightforward person, very friendly. The best I’ve dealt with in all my times dealing with Anything storage related. Thank you for everything you do!
I was in this storage for a year. i never had a problem with them from day one. They treated me very nicely. I had a issue with and Kevin, help me to close my storage very nice from him I really appreciate him and the help that they give me thank you. I strongly recommend.
