I had a great experience with NSA Storage. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, and the staff was professional and easy to work with from start to finish. Excellent service by the Property Manager at NSA storage (iStorage). His remmendations of what size units I would need after describing what I was going to store saved me money. He definitely knew what he was talking about with his recommendations. I had no idea what size unit I needed. His expertise was accurate and extremely helpful.
Nice place. The sliding door locking mechanism was a little hard to operate. The manager, Kevin, was an okay guy. Overall a good experience.
Probably the WORST corporate takeover ever. I miss the Personal Mini Storage company. You actually had people who were interested in helping and resolving issues. And they got rid of the U-Haul rentals. I feel sorry for the resident staff that has to deal with this hands off company.
I brought a friend here to rent a new unit and found that Dot+Kevin are the new managers. They were super friendly + went out of their way to be very helpful to us. My friend was very impressed + grateful after a bad experience @ another storage place.
