I had a great experience at this storage location 608 W Vine St, Kissimmee, FL 34741 thanks to The district manager. She provided outstanding customer service and went above and beyond to make sure we understood all of our options. Even though we asked to see a couple of different units, she took the time to walk us through everything without rushing us and answered all of our questions with patience and professionalism. Her friendly attitude really made the process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend!

I don't know why this place has 4.7 but I was a customer for maybe 2 months. The front gate was broken it doesn't seem like they're going to fix it. And when I had too much storage in there I went in at around 3:30 to get a second unit. Nobody's there and I called to see what was going on. I waited there for over an hour and nobody returned. So I left slowly moved all my stuff out and went to a different storage unit. They had a bigger size they lost my business because they couldn't keep somebody on staff there. My concern is, was told the price goes up every three months. Starts with a discount. Need to hurry up and get out or downsize. Place is cleannnnnn and seriously on lockdown! Great place and employees are awesome!
