Edit: THIS FACILITY CHANGED HANDS AND IS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL NOW. We thought we had trouble accessing the unit before? Nothing compared to this. My boyfriend has been to the facility 5 times over the last 3 weeks to access our unit and they have not been open once. There is nobody there, nobody answers the phone. We called higher up - they also can't get a hold of anyone. We can't access our belongings! My family will be over tomorrow for christmas dinner and I STILL can't get my christmas tree!! On-site manager very pleasant and agreeable, different type of storage, all in one huge Air conditioned area but separated by different size “cages” that are locked and secure. Can only access when he’s on site so even more secure. Got a good deal on first month and pricing was better than traditional mini storages.

Arnie was very pleasant. Answered all my questions. Enjoyed talk to him. Storing everything was easy. Arnie is a good salesman. He even asked if he could book my u haul for me. I said no thank you I'll take care of that myself. You guys don't rent the Silverados or cargo vans. Good experience so far.

A 5 star experience! Arnie made the experience so simple especially being I was in another state during the move to the unit. He handled everything when the movers arrived and all was conveniently done over email and phone calls. He followed up and was very professional and helpful. Highly recommend!
