My experience here was great. I had to switch to a larger unit and midway through moving my things over my car broke down. The office staff was gracious and understanding and allowed me the time I needed to move everything over. Sharon is fabulous. When we were moving out she was kind and helpful and made sure we wouldn’t be charged again. I believe I was even a day late but she was once again friendly and helpful. One of the best storage places I’ve ever dealt with! The facility is spotless and has very easy access, and the manager Alex is the best! It has been a wonderful experience renting there, and I am moving to a smaller unit which was facilitated by the wonderful management there. Highly recommend this storage place!

Sharon and Alex are the best but the company itself is money hungry greedy people. They will raise the rent 3 times the original amount of the initial agreement. I only gave 5 stars because of Sharon and Alex not for the contract itself

Sharon and Alex are awesome. They treat you respect and explain everything. The only down fall was the company itself raises the rent more than twice the initial price.

Sharon knows his job backwards and forwards she needs a raise and a promotion she should be running the company CEO status, I can't find my previous review so I hope this one stays. Sharon is THE most helpful associate I've dealt with in a while.
