Very clean facility. It's not as close to me as other facilities but much cleaner and worth the extra driving distance. Manager on site is very friendly and helpful. Well maintained. Someone must do some regular cleaning. The property feels very safe and I'm comfortable leaving my property here. It is fenced all the way around with a gate with a key pad with individual codes for each client. Really great facility. It is always clean, I feel like the staff communicates very quickly and efficiently. I actually enjoying stopping by here unlike other units I have had in the past. Stella especially has such a cheery disposition and is a delight to communicate with. She is very knowledgeable and helpful.

I just completed the check in process here at iStorage in Douglassville with Stella. She was very helpful and one of the nicest people you could ask for when it comes to customer service. I highly recommend coming in person to complete the process here! The units are very nice and everything looks new.

Clean Units and many sizes to choose. Stella did an excellent explanation of the entire process. She is an exceptional office manager. Thank you Stella!
