Very clean facility. It's not as close to me as other facilities but much cleaner and worth the extra driving distance. Manager on site is very friendly and helpful. Well maintained. Someone must do some regular cleaning. The property feels very safe and I'm comfortable leaving my property here. It is fenced all the way around with a gate with a key pad with individual codes for each client. I just completed the check in process here at iStorage in Douglassville with Stella. She was very helpful and one of the nicest people you could ask for when it comes to customer service. I highly recommend coming in person to complete the process here! The units are very nice and everything looks new.
Heather was so very helpful and made our move to a much needed bigger unit seamless. We literally have to slide across the hall, we appreciate her attention to detail and making things easy!
I have to say, Moove In Self Storage is by far the cleanest, most well-maintained, and securely constructed facility in the area. "We are working on it" For almost 4 months now I have constantly been notifying them that the gate to the storage unit is wide open after I had property stolen from there in December. All they can say is "we know, we are working on it" They have only been argumentative about the situation and unwilling to compromise. They made no effort to notify any tenants that the gate is unsecured and not working. The manager said that they do NOT offer secure storage and they are not to blame for any thief.
