I just completed the check in process here at iStorage in Douglassville with Stella. She was very helpful and one of the nicest people you could ask for when it comes to customer service. I highly recommend coming in person to complete the process here! The units are very nice and everything looks new.

I have a unit in douglassville for a little over 4 years, i reached out to the manager Heather, and she was very helpful and positive. Very friendly to talk too, got right to finding a solution and ensured a call back with a resolution and got back to me faster then i would of ever thought. I'm very satisfied!

I have to say, Moove In Self Storage is by far the cleanest, most well-maintained, and securely constructed facility in the area. The attention to detail is evident from the moment you step onto the property. Every corner of the facility reflects a high standard of care and professionalism. The front desk staff were exceptional—kind, welcoming, and thoroughly professional. They went above and beyond to ensure my questions were answered and my needs were met.
