My experience from the time I called and spoke to a corporate rep, Santos, to the time I actually walked into the iStorage office, was very pleasant and friendly. Santos was very professional and articulated the storage information and helped me select storage for what I need and my budget. Chad and his new hire were also very professional, warm, friendly and helpful. And the facility is well kept. I’m glad I chose iStorage in Hendersonville, TN.
