Love the no contact renting, very simple with no hassles at all. The unit could've been cleaner, but it was exactly what I needed in size and reasonably priced. 😃Â
I rented my storage space on 3/31/22 n picked up my items on 5/14/22. Prior to renting there were no Warning Signs that the outside units water may get into them. My Personal & household items water damage and mildew...Electronics water damage matress full of so much water when lifted the water leaked like a faucet...I find it hard to believe this is not a known issue n it's not the 1st 2nd or 3rd time....im so pissed.....got the basic insurance n im pretty sure they are gonna find a reason not to even pay me the $1000....My... read more
