I absolutely love the storage facility especially the staff. Talyn and the manager and I can't remember her name but they have been very accommodating. I really appreciate their help. It's been a long time since I received excellent customer service like this.

Crystal was amazing! Had me in the perfect sized storage unit in minutes. Very fast and efficient. Kind and just enjoying her day at work!!! That’s hard to find nowadays…..😁

When I came in to get a unit, Crystal the young lady at the desk handle everything most ideal fashion. She helped me pick the right unit and even volunteered to stay a little bit late in case I couldn't get back by closing time so I could get in to get my stuff stored. You don't come across people that are willing to give up their own time like that often. I am very impressed.
