I went to Aspen Dental because of an abscessed tooth. They did x-rays, determined that I needed to have a tooth extracted, and prescribed an antibiotic to reduce some swelling. After taking the antibiotic for a week, I tried to make an appointment to have the tooth extracted. I called their office 9 times over several hours that day. Four times they didn’t answer the phone.
