Most of the staff here is excellent. They do care. Tha's why my friend's husband is here in it's post acute setting. High recommended .

This is not about whatever actual services are provided by this organization. This review is of their organization as a neighbor. Sadly, who knows whose pockets were filled to pull it off, but this eyesore of a "healthcare facility," was somehow granted access to our otherwise high quality Shadyside neighborhood. I placed a family member here after release from UPMC Shadyside following surgery. The website looked fine however, the care in real time was both shocking and horrible, bringing me to tears. My family member died in the filth of that place, three days after admission. First, his personal care / hygiene needs were ignored. I first arrived to see him seated alone in the large common are, unshaven and in a filthy transport chair. His bed was one of three in a room.
