Dr. Palesty took my gallbladder out a couple years ago. He had told me for at least a year I needed it done and I was skeptical. However I ended up in nonstop pain for 3 days and decided it was time! He did my surgery and was absolutely amazing! I've never felt better. He has an amazing bedside manner and truly truly cares about his patients! He will spend as much time with them as needed. If I ever need surgery again,which I may, there is no one else that I could trust more.
Dr. Palesty and Kate, his assistant, are incredible people! Dr. Palesty is an amazing man. I always felt comfortable and safe when in his care. He has a great personality, spends lots of time explaining your procedure and aftercare. Kate was easy to work with, scheduled my procedures in coordination with my other doctor, and followed up regarding appointments and any questions I had throughout my recovery! Dr Palesty is an excellent surgeon and has a great bedside manner, two qualities that are rare to find. I am a nurse and saw a few MD's that had difficulty in treating fat necrosis in a breast caused by radiation following breast cancer. Dr Palesty was able to close wound and preserve my breast. I did see him weekly for wound care for 6 months and received excellent care from him and his entire office staff. I would highly recommend him to family and friends.

Dr. Palesty and his staff are always very helpful and polite. Dr. Palesy explains everything about your surgery and your recovery honestly. He answers any questions that you ask of him. Any concerns that I have by phone are always addressed right away. I never had to wait in his office for an appointment any longer than 10 minutes. Never had any problems making future appointments. Always greeted with a smile from Dr. Plalesty and staff. Hospital staff very helpful and caring.
Dr. Palesty takes his time in his office and when he makes his hospital rounds. He is very knowledgeable, explains each procedure.He compassionate, empathetic, friendly and understanding.
Dr.Palesty is a great doctor. He is very gentle and kind. His staff is another story. I had several issues where I left messages and did not receive calls back even when I left a message that I was sick and needed to speak with the Dr. It took forever to coordinate a date for my surgery with another surgeon. I finally had to call the other surgeon's office to find out what was going on. I do not think I ever want to deal with this staff again.
