Mateus was amazing and the person he was training was very attentive as well. Our dessert was done by a young man who took it very seriously and it was definitely spotlighted with how delicious it was. Steaks were amazing and sides that my wife and I chose were perfection. Overall will be back and currently standing at our favorite steakhouse in SA.
As usual, excellent service from the moment we arrived Our Waitress, Denise was very attentive and friendly, making sure our needs were met Food was delicious, cooked at the right temperature. I Prime is always a great dining experience
We had the best experience! Everyone from the hostess, to the wait staff was a 10 on service. Our server Mathew was on point. Food was amazing overall J-Prime definitely knows how to treat every guest like a king! Thank you for the wonderful experience!!
Food and drinks were great as always. JP never disappoints
We arrived early to chill at the bar for a bit, but they called us over to our table 45 mins before our 5:30 reservation. I wasn't upset, just a little disappointed that we seemed somewhat rushed to be seated at table. Brussel sprouts were a little too sweet for my liking, but they were tasty. All in, it was our 1st time dining at J-Prime and we enjoyed the experience.

As soon as we came to the door we were greeted and wished a Happy Anniversary. The service and food were on point! They catered to all our needs and made sure of it by asking if we needed anything once our plates were served. And checked on you at the right time without being a bother. I liked the birthday balloons with lights they added a little extra to the room. For Anniversaries you receive a rose and a card.
