We were celebrating our son’s graduation from Basic Military Training at Lackland and planned this night out the DAY OF! I have to say that it was BY FAR the best dining experience I have ever had in my 56 years on this earth! The service was incredibly good. Note card and a balloon on the table congratulating him and a free huge desert for three was just the “icing on the cake” The steaks and sides were amazing and great portions! My husband and I celebrated our wedding anniversary at J-Prime last night. It was amazing! It’s a first class establishment with top notch service. The food was delicious and the wine too. J-Prime is great for a special occasion or any day of the week. Such a treat!
Food and service were excellent! Lively atmosphere, but not overly loud or busy. Wonderful first time experience! Will definitely be returning.

A wonderful steakhouse with great professional service, best steaks and sides, and spot-on cocktails. Ordered a paper plane cocktail that came with a small folded paper airplane clipped to the coup glass. Nice touch! The 16 oz bone-in filet and 8oz filet mignon steaks were tender and flavorful (without being drenched in butter like other steakhouses.) Absolutely amazing! The food was delicious and filling. For appetizer, I got the half charcuterie board which was perfect for three people! I split the Chilean sea bass and it was more than enough! For sides, I got the crispy Brussels sprouts which were amazing and the truffle fries.
