Medium filet was dry and over seared.My first slice looked like med-well to well done but the middle appeared more medium. Courses were slow from one to the next.

In our opinion, best steak house in San Antonio, and our favorite date night spot. If you are into high end bourbon, ask what they have, you might be surprised!

The food was fantastic. We enjoyed everything but the noise level was very high. We were seated upstairs, which was very nice but then a large party came in and was very very loud. I get it, we were all there to enjoy but at some point be considerate of tables around you!
Matias was our “assistant” for the evening and made us feel very welcome. It was such a pleasure to dine at JPrime. They originally sat us upstairs (which had a large party at a table and were loud) but noticed our discomfort and offered to move us to a more satisfactory table. That gesture really made our night. Since the hubby and I were out for a romantic evening. The wedge salad is the best I ever ate. And of course the steaks and au gratin potatoes were delicious.
