Absolutely loved EVERYTHING - food, service, ambiance…nothing but perfection!
Best service in San Antonio as usual.
The service was impeccable and the food was perfect. My only issue was the acoustics were not great. If you want intimate conversation, it may not be wise to go during prime seating times.
We always feel welcomed and pampered at J Prime. We visit regularly, the managers all take the time to greet us either at the door or at our table, and make sure we are well taken care of. Several of the wait staff ask about our son, who visits regularly, and has special needs; he is always treated with respect and courtesy when he joins us for dinner. We were very pleased with everything we encountered. J Prime gave us a truly personalized experience from Valet to check out. Oh server (Raul) was exceptional, the food was delicious and exceeded our expectations. This restaurant offers a dining experience that is enjoyable and customer centric. Drinks are great and strong. Raul coordinated our valet when we were ready to leave, carried our left over bag and even escorted us outside. Truly amazing!
Excellent food, service, and ambiance.
Service and ambiance is superb. Flavor on steaks were lacking and sides were also lacking. Bacon on the wedge salad was by far the best I’ve ever had. A large party next to us was very distracting and annoying at times. Felt restaurant is going for a party vibe. Complementary appetizer chip was soaked in oil used to fry and just ruined the taste of the fish. Would recommend and return but would probably be more specific where I would like to sit.
