We had an excellent time celebrating my son’s 18th birthday
I’ve been to a few nice restaurants but this one tops them all so far, 5 star food & best service in the business! It is on the top of my list, looking forward to celebrating my birthday here
I would have given higher ratings but I called ahead to confirm they had the Wagyu A5 steak available (only reason I wanted to try the restaurant) and they confirmed. I got there 20 mins later for my reservation and they had none available. Had to settle for the filet which was the same quality as you would get at Outback for twice the cost. Was not overjoyed with the experience. Atmosphere was good.
We had another wonderful dinner at this restaurant, our favorite steakhouse in San Antonio. The service is excellent. All the staff are super attentive. The menu is outstanding with lots of selections. The stakes are amazing and cooked to perfection.The wine list is great as well Great atmosphere and experience
Had the table on the second floor overlooking the first floor of the restaurant…awesome! Very intimate and romantic. Great food and wine recommendations from the waiter. He was around enough to ask questions if we needed, but not so much where he was invasive. Ordered the land and sea for two, perfect for heavy eaters. Large portions. Tomahawk was cooked to perfection. Great ambience overall. Highly recommend!

Food and service was amazing
Our new favorite steakhouse. Food was incredible and we had a slight mishap on one of the entrees. I like steaks medium rare. My bone-in filet came out medium well...it happens. The service recovery to fix it, bring a new perfectectly cooked steak, all new sides and dessert on the house went into full and rapid production. Amazing service. Phenomenal food and even better service. We're going back and taking friends!
My 2nd time at J-Prime, and the service was perfect once again. Staff was attentive, friendly and the whole restaurant was a great setting for fine dining. Definitely will be back again.
