Servers were great and not to mention management. Danny Hernandez made sure we had the best experience ever to making sure our meals were absolutely what we wanted. I must say, EXCELLENT customer service that I've honestly experienced in a very long time on Danny Hernandez's part!
Wonderful birthday dinner. Everything from the balloons and card to the delicious carrot cake made it extra special. The service was exceptional. We will definitely be back for all our special occasions.
We celebrated our 10th Anniversary here and it did not disappoint. The service was great and the food was fantastic. Upon arrival we mentioned we would be celebrating our 10th anniversary and after the meal they brought us a complimentary cheese cake with Happy Anniversary displayed on the plate. It was totally unexpected! Our server (I wish I could remember his name) was fantastic. He didn't over serve but was very attentive. Thank J Prime Steakhouse for making a 10th Anniversary a memorable one!
Celebrated our 28th Anniversary it was perfect food was incredible and the wait staff was as well. We will be back !

I enjoyed my first experience at J. Prime. Service is impeccable, atmosphere is a bit tight, food is good and I noticed they have regulars that are treated over and above others. I'd definitely try it again!
