One word: AMAZING. I hadn’t been back to JPrime for a while and they made me feel right at home. Coincidentally, they gave me my favorite table in the main dining, which made me even nostalgic. Carlos came right away to say hello, and all the managers came periodically to check on our table. J. Prime is amazing! Absolutely "Top Notch" service. I dare say they are #1 as far as customer service goes and suggest that all other restaurants visit and learn how it's done. The food is fantastic, perfectly done and delicious from appetizer to dessert, you can't go wrong with any choice. We always have steak, and have tried different cuts, all have been excellent. Still my favorite place to get a steak in San Antonio and surrounding areas. Service was impeccable, as always. Lobster bisque makes me want to lick the bowl. Steak was cooked perfectly to my liking and had such incredible flavor, as always.
