Partner’s Birthday - Everything was great, except my steak was over cooked, but Oscar immediately recognized there was an issue and took care of replacing it very quickly! Additionally, he comped my steak, which I truly appreciated. As if that wasn’t enough, he also gave me a $50 gift card!! There is no question after the service and attentiveness to detail we received that we will be back!!

Overall great experience, with some caveats. We used to be regulars at J Prime, but have not been in some time. Sunday brunch has always been a great experience, but we did notice some changes this time. The selection of buffet items has been reduced, especially the deserts. Since we had a later reservation some items had run out, including the hand carved prime rib (though they did accommodate us by bringing one from the kitchen). My wife and I took our daughter out for her birthday. The hostess was prompt to seat us and we were served by a very knowledgeable waiter, Daniel. We enjoyed a nice bottle of wine with our meal, in which the waiter decanted for us. We all ordered various seafood dishes and they were well prepared. We finished by splitting a piece of cheesecake with our daughter and they took extra time to serve it with a candle and birthday wishes. I would definitely go back.
Food and service was great....with the exception of the lobster tail. My husband ordered filet and lobster tail..... the lobster tasted like it was frozen, thawed out under running water, then cooked. Terrible taste and texture, water logged. Everything else was excellent.
