Great ambience, excellent service.
Drinks were quite good. My wife and I shared the 25 oz bone in ribeye, and it was under-seasoned. It needed a good bit more salt upon initial seasoning. It first came out a rare plus, and we had ordered a medium rare. When we asked them to cook it up a bit, they just stuck the whole plate under the salamander to heat it up. It brought the steak temp up, yes, but the plate was over 300° and juices were popping out all over. The manager has to try to shield the hot oils as he set it down. The food was very authentic and exotic ingredients. I was extremely pleased with the dessert, wine and especially the dessert drink menu. The server was exceptionally knowledgeable of the food and had some wonderful recommendations with paring wine with certain dishes.
Service was impeccable, food was great! Was a little pricy however. 2 people over $200.
Christain was our server and his level of attentiveness was perfect. There were five of us and the steaks were all prepared perfectly. We could not have had a better experience.

Another 5 star meal at J Prime. Robert is an awesome server as was John. This is our go to dining spot. The piano bar , great service and exceptional food have been consistently amazing.
