There was a long delay in being seated and the kitchen was backed up causing our food to be delivered out of order.
It was overly crowded. We had a reservation at 1PM and ended up waiting for 45 minutes. They used the bar area to place food so they put additional tables in all the rooms. Very loud, very crowded, service was so bad, waited over 30 minutes for a Bloody Mary, champagne, and almost an hour for waffles. They ran out of plates so we waited, over all a waiting game. I will never return and or recommend it to anyone I know. That's too bad.....
Extremely disappointing. I am not sure why things were changed, changes in the menu, changes in the recipe of things that remained on the menu, changes with the service/servers. This used to be my favorite restaurant in the city and I was there frequently but lately have stopped going out as much and didn't realize how things could decline in such a short time. Wether it’s a special occasion or a small get together it truly will be a great experience . The service is second to none , they truly care about there patrons and have perfect balance in serving in helping you where it’s not overbearing and not too little where it was non existent. Service 5/5 . The food is Devine and was truly a wonderful experience I would recommend the tomahawk and baked potato which are Devine ; the Mac n cheese left a little more to be desired in my opinion but overall it was pretty good . the salads ... read more
The brunch was not that great. Food was cold and dry.
Service was terrible and took 2.5 hours to get our entrees. Also had to ask for more water & they seated there “regulars” before other customers who had reservations.
Everything seemed off not the quality or service in the past especially for the price have never felt that way in all the years that we have been goig
It’s generally good food in a good place to go but the service was so/inattentive. I think they were just too busy. Hard to get the bartenders attention since we had to wait an additional 40 minutes for a table. At least 30 minutes before the waiter would come back to the table each step of the meal. For a $700 dinner expected MUCH better service.
First, let me start by saying we just moved from Seattle where the quality and ambiance of our favorite steak houses like El Gaucho and Daniels are truly next level compared to this place. I recommend you skip on this one and try another. * Service - blah * Ambience - so-so * Food - average
