Always love the food, atmosphere and impeccable service
The service consistently exceeds expectations and the staff made our birthday girl feel incredibly special. The food was fantastic with all steaks prepared perfectly and all sides were delicious. I would definitely recommend the crab fried rice and lobster Mac and cheese.
My wife and I celebrated our anniversary at J-Prime San Antonio. It was our first time eating at this steakhouse. From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. Our waiter Christian and the rest of the wait staff and management were very attentive from arrival to our departure. Our steaks were perfectly cooked as requested. Amazing experience overall. Best service ever. Wonderful food. Treated us like kings. Only small complaint was the music. A little techno for my taste.
Food was subpar. Service was fantastic. Steak was undercooked twice.
This trip was a little off. No creamed spinach and steak was not medium. More like rare plus. Service started out good but went sort of down hill. Prices are up again. Wine prices are crazy. We will have to rethink our steakhouse of choice.
