Working from a barge under two over water decks sharing support from a single cantilevered wood beam, the Sanchez crew removed dry rot damage from the beam, replaced it with new wood and installed two 20+ foot long reinforcing steel channels for support. The job began on schedule with required permits, at competitive cost, completed all inspections and ended on time. Joel and his crew did amazingly high quality throughout. They took the house we bought, which had extremely good bones, and rebuilt it to our every custom specifications. I think there is nothing Joel cannot do when it comes to a full house build or renovation. They are artists when it comes to everything.
