Smucker Construction was consulted by Christ Presbyterian Church in Camp Hill when we were looking to replace our roof. Smucker inspected our roof and found the EPDM, rubber roofing, was in good shape. Their suggestion was to apply a spray coating over the EPDM roofing to prolong the life of the roof. When the coating starts to ware off they could power wash the roof and respray the coating to renew the roof. They evaluated the project, ordered material, planned a start date, arrived when they said, started the project and stayed on it until it was finished. It now has been 5 years since completion, and we have no issues. Their communication together was great, quality of work is great, cleanliness & organization of work on site was great.
