J Wasser & co got me into a neat and clean apartment. My wife is very happy, out bathroom has new tiles!! Steady hot water . I have no enough words to thank Joe, Sherry, they were always available when it was needed. The building super was awesome. Im giving ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️all 5 starts to Joe and his team!!!
40 degrees multiple days NO HOT WATER. This building is a joke. This management is a joke. Your building super is a waste of time. No heat, no hot water in 40 degree weather.. what’s going to happen in -20 degree weather???? Oh and you share your home with roaches. They actually own the building.
Just moved into my apartment a month ago, what a smooth process. We had a maintenance request and they contacted us the same day to schedule the repair. I am very satisfied With Jwasser and the team. I would definitely recommend to anybody looking for an apartment.
This is literally the worst property management company I’ve EVER had to deal with. They don’t respond. I’ve been dealing with water drainage issues in my apartment since I moved in. I live in the top floor of the building with an attached balcony that has severe structural issues. Every time it rains, the water simply collects on my balcony and seeps into the interior floors of my actual apartment. Management is unresponsive and vague. Sherry is absolutely no help—management makes it a point to ghost you. On 12/25/2023, there was a ceiling leak in our bathroom as we were leaving the house, we emailed our landlord about the issue at 8:20 am. They reached back the same day at 12:28 pm asking if the ceiling was still leaking and that they were going to send the building manager and a repair person.
