My daughter- in- law has been dealing with this J Wasser Company they need to be investigated they do little in the way of repairs at 316 MacDougal Street the building is falling apart it's a fire hazard not sure how this building even passes inspection. Someone is accepting Bribers because the state of this building is deplorable. shame on you. I only gave it one star because It would not let me submit, but I take that star back.
Josh is one of the managers or one of the people that works in the office, he is no help and lacks communication with his workers and deliberately misses calls from others based on work related things. There are multiple buildings having a drainage issue that needs to be worked on, and he doesn’t show know type of seriousness in these types of problems. He stated “I don’t know what to tell you” as a worker asked if he could get a sewing company to help fix the problem.
