I’m really disappointed to hear that the clinic is closed suddenly — especially since my face laser treatment was left incomplete I booked 8 sitting and now I just done 3 only . I invested both time and money expecting to finish my sessions properly, so this situation is honestly very frustrating. I’d like to know exactly what options are available for clients like me who have prepaid for treatments that aren’t finished. No refunds or no referring clients to another clinic and no phone call attend and email reply.
Sherrie and her staff are absolutely wonderful. I came in to see them for advice on a treatment to reduce some scarring on my face and they took the time to talk to me about the risks and suggest a much less invasive treatment. I have health issues and they even had a physician review my history before to make sure the treatment would be safe for me. The facility itself is very nice and clean. I had a very positive experience with the injection nurse and definitely recommend this place. Off the top, I was greeted by Lorenz and Heather at the front desk and they were so welcoming. The service was phenomenal and the nurse was so honest with all the concerns I had and addressed all my answers. I truly felt like I was being looked after by honest people and people that truly cared. Overall the service was amazing and I’ve already booked my next appointment.
