I have no concerns regarding the Brampton (now Steeles) clinic, as my experience with Rheena and Aisha have been excellent. However, the centralized customer service, who are the front-line representatives, seems to have some issues. This has reduced my overall rating by two stars. I have has the micro needling for my pigmentation. My spots have started breaking down. I definitely need a few sessions. Can't wait to get more treatments. So many to choose from. The staff are amazing. I can see the results and looking forward to clear skin. Definitely worth the time and money.
If anyone wants to do the skin treatments with them, please do not go to them. My experience was way worse with them, i wish i can give them 0 stars, I went to Ayesha back in december for my PRP but due to some reasons i was unable to continue so i contacted ayesha to give me the refund, she gave me accountant email and said email on this, I emailed multiple times but no one answered, i had to go back every week to their just to ask for my money.
