I have no concerns regarding the Brampton (now Steeles) clinic, as my experience with Rheena and Aisha have been excellent. However, the centralized customer service, who are the front-line representatives, seems to have some issues. This has reduced my overall rating by two stars. They appear to lack up-to-date knowledge regarding company promotions, scheduling relative to products or service availability, providing accurate clinic directions, and handling customer complaints. SCAMMERS. They owe me over $1200 in services and after calling and emailing for months I still don’t have an answer! The Woodstock location that I was going to shut down and I had pre-paid for many more sessions, they told me to go to the Brampton location but it’s way too far and would never be a possibility for me. They have no direct line or contact to “upper management” which apparently are the only ones who can initiate a refund. 👍❤️🙌 Ayesha and Raina are nice and genuine people. The place is still being renovated. My dentist office went through a major renovation which helped a lot. Don’t judge a book by its appearance currently. Ayesha and Raina provide honest , genuine and wonderful care
Vaughan Location Closed, Refusal to Refund, and Unacceptable Customer Service I am extremely disappointed and upset with the service and lack of accountability from Jack Nathan Spa. I purchased a package of services at the Vaughan location, which has since permanently closed. I am therefore entitled to a full refund for the unused services. This company shut down their Edmonton branch without informing customers, and has not refunded anyone who prepaid for packages. Completely unethical and fraudulent. I would stay away.
