They closed their stores in Alberta without notice, how can I get reimbursed from the service I prepaid???!!! Can I sue them?
Just for anybody who lives in Edmonton, and anybody who is a client of Jack Nathan Spa, they shut down their location in Edmonton without notifying any of their clients. They took money from the clients for special deals and when you try to contact them they hang up the phone as soon as you call so I've lost some money I know a lot of other people who have lost some money. I’m having the same issue with Edmonton Jack Nathan closure. I have over $1300 of prepaid services on my account and the girl over the phone was cold, frustrated, and had zero information other than providing me with an email address. I’ve already filed a dispute through my bank and visa will be dealing with Jack Nathan. I’ve sent an email to Jack Nathan requesting a refund but no response. Very bad business.
Just found out they closed their only Edmonton location without notice over a week ago. Just lost all my money and the worker in ont doesn't know what to tell me. I went to the location in Edmonton and there was no lights on and a bench in front of the door. That's how I found out how sad this company should be held accountable for ripping us all off.
