Was very attentive to my husbands needs. Was on time, speaks English and seemed genuinely engaged in my husbands overall health. Staff was friendly and courteous. Knowledge base with regard to medication new and old was informative and current. Appropriate labs were ordered and Dr.Spaniol had taken the time to review my husbands past history, which was helpful and comforting.
Didn't even get to get in to see him. Had to wait 2 months to get an appointment. When I finally showed up to appointment over lunch break, I ended up waiting in the waiting room over 50 minutes before asking how much longer it would be. The front desk said that he was still with his appointment from 2 hours earlier and had 3 patients ahead of me!!!! If I wanted to re-schedule I could but it would be another 2 months to get in! How UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE.
