Randal was the professional who did the work for me. As always with Jack Pixley Sweeps, he was highly punctual, very friendly and professional and took plenty of time to show me his work and what he found. The inspector was punctual, knowledgable, and performed a very thorough inspection with a camera. We found out that one of the fireplaces has multiple cracks in the clay tile making it unusable for the long term. This was one of the factors that helped us decide whether to buy the house or not. Impressed with the whole process. Highly recommend their services.
