They were very knowledgeable and did a very good job without creating any mess. They were able to determine why our chimney was smoking so much (negative air pressure) and told me how I could correct the problem.
I thought they did great work but they were a little high. Pretty professional. I was impressed with Jack Pixley.

As aways, Jack Pixley Sweeps answers each call with friendliness and promptness. they arranged for the following weekday, according to my schedule a time to come do sweep and inspect my fireplace and chimney. Randy arrived promptly, and was very courteous and helpful. He answered my questions, inspected the chimney and fireplace and cleaned it all nicely. I always call on them to do this and will continue to use their services and recommend them to my friends.
It was great. As a female, who was home with a toddler and husband at work, I had no qualms about letting the two gentlemen in, that came. I was never concerned for my safety or my home. They were kind and courteous and incredibly knowledgeable! We would absolutely, without a doubt have them back out again!
He has been excellent every time. He is very clean and goes out of his way to do even more than we asked him to do.

They found cracks in the rest of the tiles and gaps in some of the joints. The sweep showed up on-time and on short notice. The sweep cleaned up completely and there was no evidence that he had been there, besides a cleaned chimney. The video camera gave us great views of cracks and gaps and the sweep was able to take computer images of the problems. He left a disk with the images of the problems for our records. Overall, the work was excellent, efficient, and courteous. We would use them again.
