Jackie is an amazing therapist and very knowledgeable in her field. She is very open and honest. I like that she gives you her perspective on issues even if you might be feeling them or seeing them differently. Sometimes we need another's perspective on our issues to help balance and feel a sense of normality. That maybe the world isn't ending when we feel like it is. The check in process of having to do seemingly the same thing 5 times prior to the appointment is a bit daunting.

I thought booking the appointment was relatively easy (especially compared to other orgs). My counselor was very good and put me at ease. Very easy to talk to.
