I saw NP Jacqueline Williams for the first time yesterday. I cannot speak highly enough about her. She is very welcoming and you feel at ease with her immediately. She is also well versed in appropriate medications for your condition/s. She takes her time with you and explains anything you ask her about. I've seen many psychiatrists over the years and while some I also like, she has been the best so far. Familiar with insurance and how to get things covered. I will continue to see her.
Attentive to your needs. Listens very well. Takes her time with you. None of it feels rushed. She has been helping me very much with my anxiety and it has given me my life back and my social life
Great provider, but they charge an arm & a leg even if you are trying to attend the telehealth. I was charged $100 because “I missed” my appointment, but I tried and it wouldn’t let me in.
Very easy to talk to. I felt like she listened and explained things.
