Fantastic Doctor and great office staff. You hear all the time about doctors not taking enough time with their patients. Dr. Chen spent a lot of time with me and asked multiple times if he addressed all my questions and concerns. He's friendly, approachable, realistic, and an excellent listener.
Dr. Jackson Chen is an exceptional primary care physician. He’s incredibly attentive to detail and takes the time to truly listen and thoroughly investigate any issues or concerns I have. Dr Chen and his team are just what the doctor ordered for me. In my opinion Dr Chen went into medicine for all of the right reasons, especially in a time when it can be common to feel that medical practitioners are forced to rush patients in and out of their appointments. Dr Chen is always focused on my needs and listens to my concerns. Dr chen was extremely kind and patient with me! I have a lot of things going on and have been brushed off by many Dr's because I'm young. Dr chen listened and ordered many tests for me. For the first time I feel hope! I'm so grateful to have found him!
Dr. Chen is absolutely fantastic, his office is very committed to detail and personalized service of each individual customer.
